Anyone else having bother getting through to Tax credits I am into my 7th day now ringing I am scared to look at my phone bill :mad:

When my renewal came in months ago, it took me over a week to get through and I was at my wits end.
The worst of it was, you are kept on for quite some time and then unceremoniously bumped off the line.
I know that it certainly wasn't just me, loads of people were complaining about the same thing unfortunately.Total debt £20,000 Northern Rock loan:eek:

I always call 028 9053 8192. Gets you through to the same people but at least it can be used with your inclusive minutes.0
