Help! Ive got it all over my legs and its driving me nuts!!! what can i put on it??

Antihistamines might work. Calamine lotion or aloe vera gel would be cooling.

yes-calomine lotion is great for this kind of thing. I used it for heat rash recently and it helped loads!

Think i saw an advert for Magi-cool, a new formula specially for sufferers of prickly heat.Hope i`ve not dreamt it! Daughter has been putting a bag with ice cubes on her legs and its really helped her a lot.0

I get prickly heat quite badly, and the only thing I have found helps is to wash the affected area with Wright's coal tar soap (the stinky orange one), then dry, and apply a non-greasy moisturiser."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250
