Hi,
Looking for guidance if possible.
I currently have a mortgage with Halifax on 50% of my house through Orbit housing. My girlfriend who moved in with me 2 years ago has now sold her house and would like to buy the other 50%.
Is it possible for her to buy the other 50% with her own mortgage?

you wont be able to have two mortgages if that's what thinkingDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

That's what I thought.
So are my other options...
1) Get a joint mortgage on all 100%?
2) I buy the other half and then have some sort of agreement written by a solicitor?
3)???0
