This competition has alarm bells ringing. There is no website listed on their Facebook page, the Twitter page links to an Amazon.com shop account, from there you can get to https://www.topbrandbox.com. A Whois search brings up a Chinese company, no person listed.

I don't think it's a scam. I think it's just an Amazon seller who wants to increase the feedback on a product they are selling... which in turn helps bump up the product rankings/popularity on Amazon searches.
As the product is given free, and assuming it is not totally naff, reviewers usually submit positive reviews.
If you look at some of the very top reviewers on Amazon they get tons of freebies from sellers on the condition they submit a review. Most add some kind of disclosure in the review.
I think this seller is doing the same thing but via a competition.0
