QuietOne's lil debt free journey

Not much progress as of late, well not since last pay day. My monthly payments have gone out for each credit card plus a little extra to cover the interest on my Metro credit card.
As it stands now my balances are:
Metro Bank credit card: £400/£1,200
Barclaycard: £700/£1,000
Christmas shopping and birthday cost more than I was hoping but it's all done now. I have £200 left in my account until the 23rd and hopefully I won't need to touch it.
I'm hoping to clear Metro by the new year then focus on Barclaycard. I've had Barclaycard for about three months and I took it out to take advantage of the 37 month interest free BT. So my question is, do I close the BC account after it's cleared? Because the interest rate on purchases is about 28% which is pretty high.Littlewoods £0/£750

Morning fellow posters.
I hope you all had a lovely Xmas and new year and ready to start 2016 with more debt free challenges.
I haven't updated this in nearly a month so I thought I would post something.
I have finally cleared my Metro CC balance on the 23rd.
So my current balances now are:
Metro CC: £0/£1,200
Barclaycard: £600/£1,000
Unfortunately I had an accident with my phone and it's not insured. As I needed a phone I got my mum to order one from Littlewoods on BNPL. More expensive but I can live with it.
So I have a new debt of £540 which I'll pay £100 a month starting from next pay.
