Berghaus/Forest Holidays Competition Terms & Conditions
1. This promotion has been organised by Blacks Outdoor Retail Limited, Hollinsbrook Way, Pilsworth, Bury, Lancashire, BL9 8RR. Promotion partner and prize contributors are Berghaus and Forest Holidays.
2. The competition is open to all UK and ROI residents aged 18 and above with the exception of the JD Sports Fashion PLC and Berghaus employees, their immediate families or friends, or anyone connected with the promotion.
3. No purchase is necessary. Entry into the competition is free.
4. Entries must be received by 30th November 2015. Late entries will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed entries whether due to technical or connectivity problems or otherwise.
5. To enter, you must fill out and submit the entry form below. There is a limit of one entry per person.
6. Your prize will be a luxury Silver Birch cabin stay with private hot tub at any of the 9 locations across the UK for a 4 night midweek or 3 night weekend break - excluding school and bank holidays.
7. There is a limit of one entry per person. The entry pool will be filtered for duplicates prior to the random selection of the winner. Multiple entries made by the same person from various accounts will not be accepted.
8. The prize will be contributed by Forest Holidays & Berghaus.
9. The prize is non transferrable and subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to provide alternatives if the selected prize style and/or sizes are not available. No prize or cash alternative will be offered.
10. The winner will be drawn at random and notified via the email address provided on the entry form. Postal and size details will be required from the winner.
11. The winner must respond to the email advising them of their win no later than 11.12.2015. Winners who do not respond to the email during this period will be unable to claim their prize and a second winner will be generated at random.
