Meal Planner week beginning 17th October

Getting back into meal planning, to cut costs and waste.....
Sat - King prawn stir fry & Singapore noodles
Sun - Chicken & mushroom pie, roasties & green beans
Mon - Out for dinner
Tues - Mushroom omelette and baked beans
Weds - Chicken Fajitas
Thurs - Fish Fingers, Chips & Peas
Fri - Thai Chicken Curry (FF)
Breakfasts - Shreddies & chopped banana / Porridge
Lunches - Ham / Tuna Salad

Sat - Chicken of some description from the freezer
Sun - Out at mums, not a clue what we are having.
Mon - Spag bol from freezer
Tue - Chicken parm with veggies
Wed - Grilled moroccan pork, cous cous and veggies
Thurs - Salad with jacket potato and whatever else needs using up
Friday - Out for best friend's birthday
Breakfasts - cereal or toast
Lunches - Sandwich or jacket potato, maybe some soup.
We're moving soon so it will be a case of using up what is in the cupboards and subject to change.0
