please does anybody have any recipes for a steamed steak pudding. hubby always going on about his mam making them and would like to have a go but not sure how to make them?

My gran used to make lovely ones, so did my mum .... I keep meaning to make them, but I can't eat a whole one and smaller ones just don't seem quite so fabulous as they lack the size factor.0
