holiday pay, overtime and getting it backdated to correct amounts

Currently employer is dragging its heals with making a statement about the way they intend to address calculating holiday pay for staff.

Its clear they have quite substantial liabilities when it comes to backdating.

The further time goes on, backdating is getting "swallowed up" for employees, therefore it seems to be in the employers favour to do nothing for as long as possible?

despite being told the company will announce its stance formally this has not happened, getting to the point where employees will need to bring a tribunal claim to get the backdated underpayments.

I personally will start to lose out further from the end of this month unless I bring a claim.

does anyone know of any spreadsheets to work out the entitlements of is it the case you just have work each day out, since the reference periods are affected every time you adjust the holiday pay.
