The prize consists of a 4 night stay for 2 people in a double/twin room for the 23-26 December 2015 inclusive. Please note that this prize is non-transferable and can only be taken on the dates stipulated. Budock Vean will reserve the best room available, but reserve the right to substitute the room for a different one should the best room not be available at the time of arrival. If the prize winner is bringing a dog with them, the hotel room will be a Superior or Standard, if no pet staying then a new Signature room or the best room available at time of booking will be allocated.

Travel costs, drinks/alcohol and other sundries are not included, the winner will need to make their own travel arrangements. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, the business is unable to provide the stated prize, they reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. This prize package is worth £1,000.

There is no cash alternative available. Entrants must be 18 or over to enter, and must not be an employee of any of the businesses involved. By providing personally identifiable information when entering this free prize draw, Budock Vean Hotel and Visit Cornwall may use it to provide you with ongoing information about their products and services. You may receive communications from each business, although you can unsubscribe at any time, if you wish to do so. None of the businesses providing the prize or Visit Cornwall will rent, sell or lease this personally identifiable information to other companies or individuals.

All names and email addresses will be entered into a free prize draw, only one entry per person (we will not accept automated entries). The draw will be made by Visit Cornwall. The winner will be notified by email or phone straight away.
