I don't know how accurate NW's figures are for Scotland, but for England for 1991 they are not very good. I would contact the Assessor and check he has the correct details for your home and ask why the band is so much higher than NW's figures would suggest.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
