Loan completion woes.

You now need to put it in writing to them, not necessarily as a complaint, but as a record of the state of your loan and to give them an opportunity to claim that the loan is still outstanding, failing which you will assume the matter closed.Have spoken with the complaints line again, and they have assured me that it's a problem with their system, and the loan is complete.
They have waived the £20 fee for the non-payment letters, and given me another compensation payment for the hassle, but still can't shed any light on why it's taken 4 non-payment letters, 4 phone calls over the course of 3 months, and escalating it to the complaints department to get it resolved.
Don't forget to take a look at your credit record.0 -

I broached this with them, and was told that they have checked my record, and it hasn't had any impact on it, but they will check again in a month (it only updates once a month?).
Good idea about getting it all down in writing, I'll do that.0
