I'm 45 self employed with no pension, what options do I have?

1) Reduce your expenditure to a minimum and put everything you can into investments for your retirement
2) Live the last 20-30 years of your life on a minimal pension and benefits.
3) Keep working until you drop.
Or some combination of the 3.0 -
