Frankie and Bennys discount problem .

Went to F & B last week and got the receipt for filling in their survey and getting £10 off your next visit.
Did the survey on my phone but when I tried to look at my downloaded voucher it wouldnt load , gave it a retry but still not able to view the voucher.
As I used the invitation number from the receipt to fill in the survey , it wont let me use the number again ( as it says it has already been used).
Has anybody else had the same problem and been able to re-download the voucher ?
Have had a look at trying to contact them but cant find any details to email to.
Was hoping to use this voucher over the weekend.

If you sign up to their web site you get the same voucher

Have registered online and have seen the £10 voucher ( when 2 main meals are bought) , but a friend of mine used her voucher when she had breakfast.In fact she used the receipt to fill in the survey and got the £10 off voucher about 3 times in a fortnight !.

We used F & B many years ago,party of 10 in total, has numerous problems
Complained and emailed company, NO REPLY.
WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

Never really had a problem with them.Took my wife for breakfast last weekend and was nice so thought would take the kids this weekend and use the £10 off voucher.
