if they ask, you will have to tell it will come up on the solicitor searchesDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Even on RTB (which often has tightened credit criteria) there will be a lender for this if the more recent credit history is appropriate and the other circumstances stack up.
Some lenders have a no bankrupts policy (ever).

You need to mention it but its not a deal breaker, they told me that some don't consider it if it's over 6 years, I'd imagine others do. I only have a 5% deposit and all seems to be going well so far.matched betting: £879.63
