Thinking of adding £20000 to mortgage to do home improvements Value of house is £110000,outstanding balance £15000.7 years left on mortgage.Would tak new deal over 15 years.Current deal is:
Brittania 10 year fixed at 5.29%. finishes in 4 years
early redemtion penalty would be £1685.
Just wondering what peoples thoughts on adding to a mortgage.
