Threatening letter?

Hi everyone, I have received a letter from Lowell this morning which has informed me they have requested my request for my CCA. They have requested these from the original creditor Creation. They have informed me once they have them, they want full settlement of my debt, although I pay them through my DMC, can they do this? I'm worried the other creditors will follow suit. This debt is very small, but I feel very intimidated by them any advice much appreciated thanks

Standard computer generated letter Tracy, don't be intimidated by it.
It won't take into account how you are repaying the debt at present.
Also, if they can't provide your copy agreement, you can tell them to get stuffed !!!!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. All they are doing is trying to scare you off before YOU get heavy with THEM as the probably know that they have no hope of enforcing the debt. Every single threat I've had from any of these firms has been as empty as my piggy bank.0

when was the creation debt taken out / what was is as they have not been doing it for long...Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Chanz it was taken out 2000, was an Adams shop account, they have long since closed down. The debt is actually only £40, my worry was are the other creditors going to follow suit, I'm only paying token payments to them all at mo, the other debts are a lot higher. I know everyone must b thinking just pay it off, but right now it might as well b 400, 40 is a weeks shopping right now0
