anyone know how long these letters take to arrive? donated and requested santa letter on 7/11/15. getting a bit worried and dont know who to contact to find out where it could be.? dont want a dissappointed little boy0

My final expected delivery date has passed. What do I do?
If there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us before 23 December. We will then be able to work out the best possible way of getting your order to you before Christmas.

Technically, this is a breach of Regulation 41 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The rules require a number starting 01, 02, 03 or 080 for post-sales enquiries. The new rules came into force on 13 June 2014. Charities are not exempt.
