Not heard from OR after Bankruptcy

I couldn't attend the hearing due to the ill health of my newborn and was told by the court to send an email with contact details and a summary of what I would say if I were to attend.
I heard nothing for 19days when I got notice from the solicitors presenting the petition with the Bankruptcy Order attached.
It's now 21 days and after leaving a message with the OR office I STILL haven't heard back.
During this period I've literally not spent a penny and have been supported by family members but I feel like this lingering is even worse than the bankruptcy itself.

Do you know who your OR is? If not check the IS register and then get in touch with them and say you haven't recived your pack yet. As you were made BR by someone else I am assuming you haven't filled in any paper work.
You are allowed to spend resonable amounts to run your household so please do not be afraid to spend money on the essentials.
If you put up an SoA we can tell you what the OR will usually deem resonable.Use this calculater.

So I've checked this morning and I don't appear on the register in any court.
The only thing I've received is from the creditors solicitors and it's a copy of a bankruptcy order. No communication from the OR or anyone at the court.
I'll try giving the court and OR a call today.0 -
I had something similar earlier this year but after ringing the OR's office, it turned out my case worker was on holidays.
I got my pack delivered about 3 weeks after the BR order was made.0 -
An actual bankruptcy order, not simply a bankruptcy petition?
A bankruptcy order would be on form 6.30 and would state the court it was granted in with a case number.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
