There's no confirmation of successful newsletter sign up on the website but you do get a confirmation email (I used Firefox on Windows)
  • I see the small print on the voucher shows that the free coffee is only available in High Street stores.

That is true as per my update showed.

I think OP you should edit your post and add in the relevant comments
Title to include either Tea or Grande hot drink
    and
in the body include that the form doesn't seem to be submitted but will get an email.... And that is will be only valid in HS shops
    Thanks in Advance....

Benugo's list of High Street stores isn't quite what I expected.

When I first saw mention of Benugo, I thought of the caterers at the British Museum, so I was wondering if their idea of High Street stores wouldn't quite match up with the idea WHSmith had.

I emailed them and their response gave the list as:

"Wigmore st, Great Portland st, Blackwell’s, Luton, Waterloo, St.Pancras, Clerkenwell, Victoria, cannon st, Curzon st, Birmingham new street and long acre."

So it looks like they count railway station branches e.g. Waterloo and New Street as high street stores, and exclude branches in museums.

Looks like the dark Bs apart from Hanover Street and plus Brum New Street.
