If the issue date is 6 Oct
Service date is 11 Oct (five days allowed)
Need to acknowledge service by 25 Oct (14 days from service)
and submit defence by 8 Nov (28 days from service)
If the service date was 6 Oct then obviously deduct 5 days. But you have plenty of time to put something together with the help of legalbeagles.
