Hi - I am new to all of this - I am looking at purchasing a BTL property that has a commercial unit on the same title...the commercial until will be empty once I complete on the purchase and I have no plan to re-let. Does anyone know any lenders who would look at this as I seem to be struggling?

Then it's a commercial not residential loan that you require.
What you may not do with the commercial unit is irrelevant. It exists that's what matters.0
