Hi all,
Just need a little bit of advice regarding a DCA re assigning to another DCA when the original DCA can't prove I owe anything? they have no credit agreement and have been quite aggressive to date.
Do I start at stage one again with a prove it letter and ignore everything the previous DCA sent me?
All the best

Sadly not, they have sent historical terms and conditions but that's it.
