A lot of them dont bother replying, i suppose because they get loads of people applying. This type of work seems really hard to get into I know. I would rethink what you are saying on your application to start with. Check for spelling and grammar and make sure yours stands out from the crowd a bit, just like with any other job. It took me a while to find a decent chatline company and a lot of them didnt bother replying to me, oh well there loss!0
