Need someone to install window locks/security

I'm thinking of getting sash jammers or another type of lock for all my windows and an extra lock for the front and back doors. I've found it impossible to find any companies who will come out and recommend something and then install them. So, I'm just going to buy them on Amazon and hope they're OK.

I still need someone who can install them as there's no way I could do it myself. Could anyone recommend someone, ideally in Co.Down or willing to travel here. Or, even just help me with what type of companies do this. I've tried a local locksmith but they didn't do the sash jammers, just door locks.

I would balance the risk of getting burgled against the risk of making windows and doors so secure that they cannot be easily opened from the inside to aid escape in the event of fire. Also, an internet forum is probably not the best place to look for someone to install security devices for obvious reasons.
