Hi all!
So I was hoping I could get some advice? I won two giveaways, one from a blogger and the other a company. BOTH prizes have gone missing in the post, neither had tracking and they both don't seem very willing to replace them. Is the anything I can do?

Awesome, shall definitely do that with the company! But with the blogger, the products were bought herself and the company who's products she gave away had no involvement in it - should I just go straight to asa?0
