I am a house owner with a mortgage - does this mean I cannot do a shared ownership?

    You would have to be in the process of selling your current home first and pass the HTB Agent/HA requirements for shared ownership and the affordability calculator.

    Probably depends on the rules of the party who will own the remaining share. Key workers are also usually included when it is a scheme for FTB, FYI.
