What is your biggest weakness?

This one always stumps me, what do people advise as a 'good' answer?

...and not because I don't have any!!

No idea, my answer would be "people....annoying things they are", probably not a good answer :)

' I like to do things properly, so I turn my weakness into a positive as if I don't know how to do something properly I will find out, increasing my skills and knowledge'

    Or something along those lines.

I don't know if there's a definite 'good' answer. I think you want to say something that isn't too bad but also say how you overcome or manage it. Such as not being a morning person and finding you are at your best in the afternoons, but it means that you are always willing to work late and get the task finished as when you are really into your work and feel really productive. Or you find you struggle to keep track of multiple deadlines and worry you'll forget some, so you make use of calendar reminders and make lists of when things are due and when you plan to work on them so nothing gets forgotten or left to the last minute.
Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!

I hate these questions, they are straight out of the 'Questions for Interviewers Manual', absolute lack of imagination. Another annoying one is what do you see yourself doing in 5 years time....at my age, I'm lucky if I know what I am doing in 5 minutes time and lucky if I can remember what I did 5 minutes ago.
