Bradford & Bingley have offered us 102.2% mortgage£93 000 plus £1 499 fees added to loan6.39% fixed to 31/10/2012 no value fee7.84% variable rate on reamainder of the term 20yrsThe arrangement fee very high but its some how reduces the payments each month !!
