Old Camcoder tape to dvd, anywhere do this reasonably priced?

Hi guys, really need to transfer some old tapes to DVD, can anyone recommend anywhere in South/East Belfast to do this at a decent price?

if you have the camcorder or a means of playing it, it can be done on any computer, with a cheap gadget - put usb video capture into amazon

Thanks, the problem is that the camcoder tape was recorded in poor light conditions and would need editing, have tried this myself with a variety of software but to no avail...
