Where do I go for advice?

I am a discharged bankrupt, but the official receiver has interest in the equity of my house. Well half of it, because my partner owns the other half.
I want to know where I should go for advice on either re mortgaging, or selling the house.
Our Mortgage has finished it's 2 years fixed term, so we are paying different amounts every month.
We have just had our first child, who is now 2 weeks old. I need someone to come to my home and look at what options we have, so we don't make a mistake and lose our property, etc.
Thank you in advance,
