ERC is more than my existing payments - natwest mortgage. Please advise!

Hi all,
I currently have a fixed term Natwest mortgage for 2 years which is due to run out in March 2016, 5 payments of £600 remaining. I am moving house and am going with a new provider, suspected completion date is in December when I will only have 3 payments of £600 remaining, however the early repayment fee on our last statement is £3600 when the remaining payments total £1800 at that time. Is there anyway to get the ERC reduced to match the payments or similar?
Any help and clArity would be greatly appreciated
