Brian Carter Solicitors Claim Form - Need Help

Hi All,
We've had a form appear through the door today (Saturday).
Lowell are the claimant who purchased debt on 19/06/2014. I can't recall if the debt was purchased by anyone else prior to that.
The county court stamp is digital but it looks fairly official all the same.
Has anyone any experience in dealing with these forms, or can offer me any advice. It'd be much appreciated.
I don't believe that this debt is applicable to be statute barred.

Hi,
This can't be the first you've heard about this matter, if it's got to the court stage.
you have two choices, you either admit the debt, and make an offer to pay, preferably before it gets to court, or, you dispute the debt, and give your reasons why you dispute it.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
