Having the house I'm buying valued on Tuesday, going with the Leeds BS and the valuations as free.
I've not had an offer yet so can I assume it's going ok...so far at least??

Our valuation with Leeds was done before they even looked at our documents so I wouldn't read too much into that. Our broker said they passed the documents to the underwriters the same time as they got the valuation report (over a week ago)0

I presume you mean a mortgage offer?
In which case you won't get one till after the valuation. The fact a valuation is taking place doesn't necessarily mean you'll get the mortgage but at least things are moving along.0 -
