Is this deal any good - we FTB not sure ??

Hi We have been searching for a lender that could give us 105% been FTB and with no deposit, need the extra for legal costs etc.Broker suggested Bradford & Bingley and this is what they are offering us £93 000 plus £1 499 for fees that added to loan Purchase price £91 000105% 6.39% fixed to 31/10/12 - fixed rate of 6.29 till 31/10/2012 variable rate currently 7.48% applies to remainder of the term HOWEVER, they have fee of £1500 that gives lower repayments !!
