Details of the winner can be obtained by sending a SAE marked ‘Forge Halloween Competition’ to The Forge Shopping Centre, 1221 Gallowgate, Parkhead, Glasgow, G31 4EB within 14 days of the closing date of the competition
The prize is a £50 Forge gift card, which can be spent at the majority of shops within the centre. Please check http://forgeshopping.com/offers/gift-card for full details
The Prize is not refundable or transferable. No cash alternative will be offered
The prize is valid for 12 months from date of issue
The winner must collect the card in person from the Centre by Friday 27 November 2015
Photographic ID is required at the time of collection
