Ideas for a Test Analyst to make extra pennies

Hi,
I've had a good look through these threads and I just can't think of an idea that jumps out at me to make some extra cash. I'm a Test Analyst so great at rattling up spreadsheets and matrix for different scenarios. Good at streamlining business processes and coming up with ideas for companies to save money.
I work 3 days a week which is unheard of for someone in my role, but I'm not very happy in my job and I can't move because there are only full time roles to move too.
My idea is that I'll try something out on my 2 days off and then at some point make the switch and quit my highly stressful job! Half thinking of doing charity work and seeing where it takes me!
Thanks in advance for any ideas. If you got this far---- well done:0)

If you're good at streamlining processes, what about offering that as a service to local small businesses? It's difficult to convince people that an outside view will offer them any kind of improvement, especially if it's a small business run by its original starters, but there may be ways to get over that.0
