The Promotion will start at 00.01 GMT on Wednesday September 30, 2015 and the closing time/date for the Promotion is 17.00 GMT on Friday October 16, 2015. Winners
5.There will be 5 (five) winners who will be selected in a random draw by an independent judge from all eligible entries, held on Monday October 19, 2015. The winners will be notified by the Promoter by the email address provided on entry within one week of this date and will be given details of how to accept their prize. Failure by the winner(s) to accept the prize in the manner specified within one week of the Promoter's email will make any claim invalid and the Promoter will then select another winner (again selected randomly in a draw) from all remaining eligible entries who will be contacted as above.
6.The prize for each winner is a DVD/Blu-Ray boxset of The Hunger Games. Winners must specify their choice of either DVD or Blu-Ray on acceptance of the prize. By entering the competition, the winners give consent for their name, contact number and address to be passed to a third party provider for delivery of the prize. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the prize caused by the delivery/postal service.
