Advantage Finance - Fraudulent Claim - Help Needed

I had a situation recently with a vehicle finance company. More than happy to provide further detail, if I know what you need, but, short version is, after a marital split, the car was given up and a VT done. We were mis-sold PPI on the loan, and, in addition, the final figure was very wrong. Without contacting me, they proceeded via the courts, even though the balance and the PPI were in dispute, and, made a claim which resulted in a CCJ and attachment of earnings against me. The first knowledge I had of this , was when my accountant at work advised me.

Now, a couple of things

1 – The amount they claimed via the courts was £1800
2 – They then refunded £406 for the PPI, but didn’t inform the court or CAPS
3 – Checking my credit file, the amount outstanding at the time of the VT according to my report was £1071 (including the PPI)
4 – Checking my credit file, the amount at the time of the default was £991 (including the PPI)

Less the PPI, this totalled around £584, yet, they claimed a judgement for £1800. I alone paid £1250 against this. According to my credit file, they have not received all of these, as its around £400 short (I am unsure who details/updates the credit file), and, in addition to this, the last couple of months, there have been amounts added to the balance, which cant be correct at all.

Below is a table of the entries on the credit file, to show this. Do I have any sort of route to claim my money back, and also remove this false CCJ? I believe the courts are looking into it as there are a few things they are not happy about, however, for me to request it be set aside, I cannot afford the fees to do so. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
