How long would you leave it before chasing a prize....

I had a WEM on the 22/9 telling me that I had won and asking for my address, on the 25/9 I had another email telling me that my prize would be posted out on the 28/9 - as yet I have not recieved it, do you think that its too early to chase, or should I wait another couple of weeks.

I always wait up to 28 days. Seems to be the average max wait that most comps say to give. I would wait the four weeks and then start pushing them. When they say they're going to post it and when they actually do are two different things usually. I'm sure its on its way but give it till 22nd October and if not arrived contact themAugust-September 2017: Lots of stuff

As they said it would be mailed on 28/9 I would chase now with a "I am concerned it may have been lost in the post" type e-mailtotal wins 2013 £5500 2014 £7500 2015 £23,900 2016 £10,650 2017 £13,040 2018 £10,620 2019 £10,115 2020 £3970.00

Precisely four weeks unless I have been previously advised of a delay.0

The official guidelines are that if a date is not given then prizes should be delivered within 30 days - I allow longer as my experience has shown almost everything arrives within 6 to 8 weeks without me spending anytime chasing up (only 2 out of over 400 needed a nudge).
In your case where a dispatch date has been given I would contact within a week of the date in case they needed to follow up with the courier about non-delivery.0 -
Usually leave it a month after getting a WEM/providing my delivery details.
However, if they said 'we're sending it on X date, i'd contact a week later if I haven't received it. I email apologetically 'sorry to chase, I just didn't want anything to have been lost, I was told it would be sent on x but it hasn't arrived.'0
