Are all mortgage brokers able to take on 'difficult' cases, or are there brokers that specialise in non standard applications?
We want to remortgage and release some funds (current ltv is 35%) to build an extension/new kitchen, but my income come from PHI and although I still receive a pay slip, it is detailed as PHI rather than basic salary.
I asked the question before and was advised that some lenders will accept PHI, but obviously I need a broker.

Yes, some brokers do specialise in certain areas and would be better approached on certain cases.
This one is a more mainstream enquiry that I would expect any sensible broker to handle.I am a Mortgage Broker
