If you demolish houses where do you put people while you build the new ones and where does the vast amount of capital come from to carry out the work?
well my local council has demolished an estate and built more than twice as many flats in that space, the next estate it demolishes can be housed there and the one after that can be housed in the the next one and so on
The capital comes from half the flats that are sold to the private buyers who are paying ~5x build cost0
