    There's no space left. That's it folks. Any more building needs to be done next to your house. We're full.

    .... Or you can buy my place and build block of flats. It'll cost you though. Precisely 100% more than it would have done less than 4 years ago. ;)

    It would have been easier to follow if I hadn't lost all my money following your previous tip to buy silver.

    You wouldn't have lost it all, I got out of that pretty quick after it turned.

    well my local council has demolished an estate and built more than twice as many flats in that space, the next estate it demolishes can be housed there and the one after that can be housed in the the next one and so on

    The capital comes from half the flats that are sold to the private buyers who are paying ~5x build cost
