Sorry to bother you all again, I realise I'm getting annoying!
Just wondered if anyone had mortgaged with the Leeds recently that could help with timescales and how things progress?
I'm waiting on an offer (or refusal if they don't like me!!) so just wondered roughly how long they take to offer? Do they send a letter to say they are having the house valued?
I'm not sure how they proceed and I'm starting to loose sleep now!
Any help would be gratefully accepted
