Not if they are informative to the post in question
Unlike starting useless threadsYes, I know there is no "R" in the word dream in my username - it was setup in memory of my grandson :A0 -
ok, as an example - a user posted a thread in the wrong forum on 17/09. You come along on 06/10 telling them they've posted in the wrong place. You don't finish the job by PMing a BG.
How is that helping anyone?0 -
It informs the OP of the post that they have posted in the wrong forum and directs them to the correct forum for any future posts they may make.Yes, I know there is no "R" in the word dream in my username - it was setup in memory of my grandson :A0

If they are posts on expired threads it is totally pointless.
It is just very pointless if the thread is more than a day old as OPs rarely revisit/change them so the correct action would be either to PM a BG (or the OP) or like all other users on the forum just ignore the post which will drop out of sight anyway.0 -

FYI BGs are also forum users0 -
Butlins are strict on this too. One bump you get a warning, 2 bumps your banned form the dodgems for the rest of the day. Bit harsh.0

That seems like a good idea, one warning for a pointless bump then PPR'd, first time for a month then permanent if there is a repeat.
For ease of reporting just need a button to be added like the spam one so the process is automatic.0
