Am i correct in saying that your holiday pay shouldnt be in your hourly rate?
My employers are saying it is correct although nothing states this in the contract.

I can't see what difference it makes. You get a higher hourly rate now, and no pay when on holiday. Or you get a lower hourly rate now, but paid when on holiday.
If you do ad-hoc work, or zero hours contract or whatever, you're better off receiving it in your hourly rate, otherwise you don't know how much holiday you are going to have, surely?I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?0 -
It needs to be seperated on a pay slip as holiday pay.
it should be at least 12.07% ofthe base pay.
