Not claiming expenses to boost income

Thanks Plutoin and Densol. I've submitted 2014 - 2015 this morning and submitted with expenses as a proportion of work / personal use would be. It's an estimate but I have no record of exact hours of personal / work use. Thanks for the advice I can see the point more so on being honest to the lender about the business on affordability.

Chrismac1 I have broker not through a lender and have given her all my accounts made up from Kashflow up until today from 2011 with bank statements matching all payments going in and out from last year. This seems like enough she hasn't asked for further bank statements but could supply 6 years matching up if needed.

Hopefully that's enough, I'm not so confident on affordability £60k combined income after expenses (2014 - 2015) looking to get mortgage of £180k with 10% deposit. Income would be around £90k combined based on this years projected accounts so hoping they will look at them if they have doubts otherwise I'll have to hold off buying until April 2016.
