Full settlement offer letters

Hi,
I am in a DMP and have been for just over 3 years. I am getting a bit frustrated with the rate at which my debts are going down. I have managed to save a bit of money through doing some overtime and was thinking of making a few cheeky full and final settlement offers to some of my creditors, the smaller value ones. Firstly I was wondering if any of you have a rough idea of what percentage to go in at first and also do you think that my creditors might think I am doing better now and so would want to review my agreements I have with them??
Any advice appreciated.
