Coco Chanel Eau de Parfum Spray Refill

I've seen this at Boots and it works out cheaper than buying a new bottle of the parfum

however, I am not sure how this works. I see there is a tube inside so assume there is a spray under the cap. Why is it a refill? Am I supposed, somehow, to transfer the parfum from the refill into my old spray bottle, or do I just put on the old cap.
Also the bottle I have is 50ml and this is 60ml, does that cause any problems?
Thanks very much

There is not a spray under the cap. It is designed to go in the refillable bottle - which is around £80.0

Thanks tomtontom no point in buying it then.0

There will be a spray under the cap. I have never come across a refill where you have to use the old sprayer. They are not meant to be pulled off and reused.
This will just not have the fancy outer casing.0
