Spendaholics Episode 3 - What was it called?!?

To all those who watch Spendaholics...
In episode three, aired last Tuesday, there was a single lady with two kids, and Jay took her to this little clothes swap party...policy is bringing a minimum of one time so you can take away as many as you can get your hands on once th e whistle blows... I remember the voiceover lady saying that these are happening all over the country all the time... does anyone remember what it was called?! It's driving me mad!! Cheers in advance!
