Just thought I'd say thank you to everyone who helped as from 10am this morning we were both made BR. So I am now in the BR Inn of October.

Well done!
Was it as bad as you thought it would be?
Me and my husband are in the process of filling out forms out now.0 -

Thank you guys as said from others not half as bad as I thought it would be.
Bit of advice though which I would probably think has already been advised is spend as much time as you can on the forms it makes the process hassle free.
The lady on the counter went though our forms in 15 minutes and that's for both of us when.
Anyone who is afraid of going to court to see the judge to petition for BR please don't be scared it really isn't that bad.0 -
Thank you for sharing.
You've really put my mind at ease.0 -

A good piece of advice and I totally agree. The judge said my forms were clear and the OR's examiner also said I'd made their job a lot easier. It does no harm to keep people on side, it also helps clarify your own thinking.
So what are your plans now?0 -
My plans now Elljay is to enjoy life thourougly and only spend what we've got and get my health back up to where it's meant to be.
We've also told the children that if we haven't got the money they can't have it which they understood fully which was nice.
For the last few years I always kept to my promise that having a healthy credit rating is something of a must but I'm now at a stage where I couldn't give a monkeys and it makes me physically sick even the thought of ever having another balance on a credit card. I'm not saying credit is bad because for many it's great but unless you've got a steady job and are prepared to pay your balance off each month then my advice would be save up you'll appreciate it more.0
